    • Meixia Tao received the B.S. degree in electronic engineering from Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 1999, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2003. She is currently a Professor with the Department of Electronic Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. Prior to that, she was a Member of Professional Staff at Hong Kong Applied Sci & Tech Research Institute during 2003-2004, and a Teaching Fellow then an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National University of Singapore from 2004 to 2007.

      Her current research interests include cooperative communications, wireless resource allocation, MIMO techniques, and physical layer security.     • Fan Wu is an associate professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He received his B.S. in Computer Science from Nanjing University in 2004, and Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2009. He has visited the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) as a Post Doc Research Associate. His research interests include wireless networking and mobile computing, algorithmic game theory and its applications, and privacy preservation.     • Bao Qilian is currently an associate professor in the Department of Instrument Science and Engineering of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China. She received a B.E. degree and a Ph.D. degree in Automatic Control from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1992 and 1998. As a visiting scholar, She visited University of Manchester and University of California at San Diego in 2002 and 2010. She also worked as a visiting scholar in University of Connecticut from July, 2012 to July 2013.

      Research interest:
      Her research interests include integrated navigation systems, data fusion technology, intelligent control, and virtual measurements.
