      This course includes wave optics basics, waveguides, semiconductor devices, stimulated emission lasers, detectors, modulators, photovoltaic devices, optical sensor, medical photonics fundamental, electromagnetic cloaking, photonic-crystal devices as well as artificial metamaterial.
    • Course Syllabus:
    • Optoelectronics is an important science in information technology area, and is widely attended internationally. However, this science still is in progress of development, it is necessary for undergraduates to master the basic concept and fundamental of this science. It is essential for the students who will work on research, development and application of optoelectronic devices after graduation, it is the purpose of this course to let undergraduates learn and master the fundamental and technology of optoelectronic devices. With principle and application, let students master fundamental and research methods of optoelectronic devices.
